CENTRAL PARK ZOO

As we were walking into the zoo, I asked Everett what animal he wanted to see. He said "I know! T-Rex!

So far no dinosaurs, but we saw monkeys, penguins, ducks, birds, sea lions and even a snow leopard.

The petting zoo was the best: Everett got to feed sheep, llamas, and goats and was so excited he couldn't even sit still for one photo. But his favorite part was playing in "the curtains" – the plastic panels they have to keep the ducks and birds and small animals from escaping their little section. While we were trying to convince him to look at kangaroos or wildly gesturing towards a peacock, he was throwing his body against the curtains, laughing maniacally.

We finished off the adventure with an ice cream through Central Park.
